乾隆皇帝大概是历史上知名度最高的皇帝之一，故宫博物院工作人员清理文物时，在库房里发现了两个箱子，上面写着“乾隆诗稿”，有乾隆皇帝的2.8万首诗的诗稿。加之之前库房发现的1.7万多首，共4万多首。

Emperor Qianlong is arguably one of the most widely known emperors in history. During the cleaning of artifacts at the Palace Museum, staff discovered two boxes labeled "Poetry Drafts of Qianlong", containing approximately 28,000 poems written by Emperor Qianlong. Combined with the previously found 17,000 poems, there are now over 40,000 poems attributed to Emperor Qianlong.

As a true lover of poetry, Emperor Qianlong devoted his entire life to writing. Starting at the age of five, he began his literary journey, and by the age of 20, he was already actively writing. He continued to write until old age, producing at least two poems daily.
